contains i.e. the name of the requested file, your IP address and time of visit, data volume transferred

This access data is analysed solely for the purpose of ensuring the smooth operation of the website and
improving our offering. This helps to protect our, in the balancing of the various interests, overriding
legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter f GDPR in ensuring our offering is presented correctly.

2. Data collection and use for contract or/ and order processing

We collect personal data if you disclose this to us voluntarily. This will be the case when you place an
order, or any request to get in contact with us (e.g. by contact form or e-mail) or if you want to leave
a message (i.e. in our guestbook).
Mandatory fields are marked as such, because in these cases we need the data for processing purposes,
to respond to your contact. You cannot complete any order, send the contact or any message without
providing this information.
It can be seen on the respective input forms what data is collected. We use the data provided by you
for processing purposes and to respond to your inquiries pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter b GDPR.
After your order, inquiries or messages has been processed completely, your data will be restricted
for further processing and cancelled after the retention periods required - i.e. by tax law and/ or
commercial law have expired, unless you have expressly given your consent to further use of your data
or we reserve the right to use of the data beyond this which is permitted by law and which we inform

3. Further data safety using SSL- or/and TLS-Secure System

For safety reasons, this wesite uses SSL-or/and TLS Secure Systems to protect the tranfer of
personal data, when getting in contact with us, i.e. via e-mail, to place orders for goods or any
other service you may request us for. A securely locked connection you can identify in the
address line of your browser, when the indication "http://" has switched to "https://" and the
lock-symbol in your browser line.

When SSL- or/and TLS-Secure is activated, the data you transmitt to us cannot be read by third
parties.

4. Passing on of data

For order and/ or contract fulfilment purposes pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter b GDPR, your data will
be passed on to the shipping company charged with the delivery, if this is necessary for the delivery of
the goods ordered. Depending on the payment service provider you select in the order process,
we pass on the payment data collected for the purpose of processing payments.
In some cases the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves, if you open an
account with them (i.e. PayPal).
In this case you have to register in the order process with the payment service provider using your
access data.

Passing on of data to shipping providers

If you have given us your express consent to do so when or after placing your, we will pass on your
e-mail address and telephone number pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter a GDPR to the selected
shipping provider so that it can contact you before delivery for the purpose of notifying you or arranging
the delivery.
